I had a wonderful experience at New Rochelle Chevrolet while waiting for my truck to be serviced. I was given a time that everything would be finished and they kept their word.

Deasia Graham my service specialist was very professional, courteous and helpful. The service was completed in a timely manner.

Tried to have me do more work then what was needed. Just needed tires balanced, and I was told that I had two or $3000 worth of other stuff. I need permission alignment and everything else won’t go back there again.

It started in December when we took the car in for service had the car for 4 days and all they were doing is waiting to see if it was covered could of told us from the beginning that the car did not need to be left said was approved made another appointment for it to be fixed showed up that day said we did not have an appointment person left and never put it in the system not our fault said had to wait for part to come in would contact us 2 months went by called to see what was going on said they had the part a few days after it was ordered no one ever called us NO ONE DOES NOT EVEN HAVE THE COMMON COURTSEY TO CALL BACK AS WELL made an appointment said it would only take a couple of hours showed up at 8am for appointment called later in the afternoon was told we needed to be there before 4:30 as they close at 4:30 showed up at 3 pm at 5 pm told my daughter it wasn't ready not even worked on NO ONE CAN GET THEIR STORIES OR ACT TOGETHER had to leave had to make arrangements to get my daughter to school that night as she is in a Masters program she called the next day after 12 pm no one returned called called again and also started a text no one called again had to call and ask to speak to General Manager of the facility and get them involved person said he left her several message and HE DID NOT was told this person was the contact and we were dealing with someone else completely the whole time EVEN THOUGH I HAVE BOUGHT 5-6 CARS FROM CHEVY NEVER NEVER NEVER AGAIN AND I WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW NOT TO PURCHASE FROM NEW ROCHELLE CHEVY EVER AFTER THE WAY WE HAVE BEEN TREATED UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
